We are UK freelancers who support a free Palestine 🍉
Welcome to our growing informal, UK-wide community of freelancers (or contractors / consultants / gig workers / self-employed people) who support a free Palestine.
Some of us may actively bring Palestine into our work, some may not. We are inspired by the support and collective organising around Palestine solidarity that many UK trade unions make possible for employed workers.
We take action
We want freelancers to use this informal network to organise Palestine solidarity activities together.
For example, we can organise to buddy up for demos, and help each other implement boycotts in our work.
We support each other
Self-employed work can be insecure and lonely. These can be barriers to taking action in solidarity with Palestine, whether or not the action is connected to our work.
We want pro-Palestine freelancers to know and support each other, and we want to help each other feel and experience less risk as a result of our solidarity.
Be a part of this
All UK freelancers who support a free Palestine should have the opportunity to take action and support each other.

Signal group
You might also want to be a part of a more day-to-day online community. We are building a Signal group so freelancers can discuss and share things with each other, and connect, between organised events.

Please be prepared to have a chat with us first! This will help us build a community that genuinely supports one another and Palestinian freedom.

We're having lots of online discussions about different chapters of Peter Oborne's book Complicit: Britain's Role in the Destruction of Gaza. These take place between June 2026 - February 2027. Join for one or many!
